Happy Monday!
I’ve been continuing my Designs for Happiness series for the past 3 weeks. I’m sharing bite-size clips of my feelings for certain topics that came across me during the week. They are only 3-5 minutes long so hopefully, they won’t consume too much of your daily time.
Unsure of Being a Parent?
Last week, I posted about parenting. I’m a father of 2 sons, ages 7 and 4. I don’t know what my life would look like if all of a sudden they were gone. Probably I’m more attached to them than they are to me. I’m always teaching them to be independent, so fortunately or unfortunately they won’t need me anymore in a few years. Bit of a dilemma there…
I know there are a few out there who are still unsure of being a parent, whether being a father or mother. This episode is for you.

The Power of Networking
This week is about the power of networking. As we are in the midst of a pandemic, networking sounds a bit foreign for some of us that are in and out of a lockdown. However, I believe this is the time when you actually appreciate the value of human connection. Most of the time we are deep inside our minds and work, deferring the effort to speak to someone casually, thinking that no one has the time to spare to connect. One connection to one person is a potential opportunity that leads to something, whether professionally or personally.
